- Mix in Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, parsley, and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, allowing it to simmer in the sauce for 5 more minutes.
- Adjust seasoning and finish with grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve with extra parsley on top.
