  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Seasonings and Cooking Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is soft.
  3. Stir in the diced corned beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add sliced carrots and beef broth, stir to combine.
  5. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Uncover and mix in the chopped cabbage, season with black pepper and paprika.
  7. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the cabbage is tender.

Notes

For added flavor, include caraway seeds while cooking. Customize by swapping cabbage for kale or adding bell peppers. Serve with a dollop of mustard to enhance the taste.
