  • 1 15 oz can 1 (15 oz) can of corn, drained
  • 1 cup 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup diced green onion
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup diced jalapeƱos (optional) Add for extra spice.
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the corn, cheddar cheese, red bell pepper, green onion, jalapeƱos (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

Enhance flavor by adding lime juice or cilantro. Customize with your favorite spices or veggies.
