  • 200 grams Egg noodles Adjust based on serving size.
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced Fresh ginger is preferable.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Adjust as per taste.
  • 2 pieces Carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks Celery, diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth Low sodium recommended.
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce Adjust for saltiness.
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped For garnish.

  • to taste Pepper Add freshly ground pepper for flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in chopped carrots and celery, cooking for a few minutes.
Cooking
  1. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  2. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Enhance flavor by adding a splash of sesame oil for a deeper taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freeze in portions for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge before reheating.
