  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in cooked noodles and soy sauce, tossing everything together to heat through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade chow mein!

Notes

For enhanced flavor, add a splash of sesame oil at the end. Customize by swapping vegetables or adding proteins.
