Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a medium bowl. Mix in sugar and eggs until creamy.
- Stir in vanilla extract and unsweetened cocoa powder until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring slowly.
- Fold in fresh strawberries and optional chocolate chips gently.
Baking
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased or lined baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
Notes
Dust with powdered sugar for serving. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for added indulgence.
