Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring after each interval until smooth.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the melted chocolate and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until mixed well.
  4. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Enhance flavor with a pinch of sea salt and serve in clear glasses to show off layers.
