  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee bits

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the flour and salt, stirring until the dough forms.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and toffee bits until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop small amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
