Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, stirring until the dough forms.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and toffee bits until evenly distributed.
- Scoop small amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
