Ingredients
  

Main Protein
  • 1 lb Boneless Chicken Thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces Tender and flavorful.
Aromatics & Vegetables
  • 1 medium Zucchini, sliced into half-moons Adds crunch and color.
Seasoning/Spice Blend
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced Enhances flavor depth.
Liquids/Dairy
  • ΒΌ cup Light Soy Sauce Provides saltiness and umami.
Optional Finishing Ingredients

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and cut the chicken and zucchini.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cut chicken thighs to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and zucchini to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar or honey, and cornstarch. Pour over the chicken and zucchini, stirring well, and cook for about 2 more minutes.
  5. Adjust flavor with ground black pepper or a splash of rice vinegar if desired, and cook for another minute.
Serving
  1. Remove from heat and serve immediately in a large bowl or plate.

Notes

Customize with other veggies or proteins as you wish. Serve with steamed rice or noodles to soak up the sauce.
