Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients and cut the chicken and zucchini.
Cooking
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the cut chicken thighs to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and zucchini to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar or honey, and cornstarch. Pour over the chicken and zucchini, stirring well, and cook for about 2 more minutes.
- Adjust flavor with ground black pepper or a splash of rice vinegar if desired, and cook for another minute.
Serving
- Remove from heat and serve immediately in a large bowl or plate.
Notes
Customize with other veggies or proteins as you wish. Serve with steamed rice or noodles to soak up the sauce.
