Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.

- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Assembly and Baking
- Spread the cooked chicken evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Top with the sautéed mushroom and spinach mixture.
- Pour the heavy cream evenly over the top, then sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
