  • 4 cups chicken broth

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, sauté the onions, carrots, celery, and garlic over medium heat until softened (about 5 minutes).
Cooking
  1. Add the shredded chicken and chicken broth; bring to a boil (around 5-7 minutes).
  2. Stir in the ditalini pasta and cook according to package instructions (approximately 8-10 minutes).
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
