Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 4 cups cooked and shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing Can substitute with low-fat Ranch if desired.
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon Substitute turkey bacon for a healthier option.
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Bread
  • 15 pieces Hawaiian sweet rolls Sliced in half.
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, Ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Arrange the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken filling.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
  7. Brush the melted butter mixed with garlic powder on top of the rolls.
Baking
  1. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve the stuffed bread on a large platter. Pair it with a fresh garden salad or veggie sticks for crunch. Cut into small squares for easy sharing at gatherings.
