Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 large chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
For the Filling
  • 2 medium avocados Mashed
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side, until fully cooked. Remove from heat and shred the chicken.
Dressing and Filling
  1. In a bowl, mix ranch dressing and sour cream until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice and add salt to taste.
Assembly
  1. Lay out flour tortillas.
  2. Spread a layer of the ranch dressing mixture, then add chicken, mashed avocado, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and cheeses.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to the top to form a burrito.
