- In another bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice and add salt to taste.
Assembly
- Lay out flour tortillas.
- Spread a layer of the ranch dressing mixture, then add chicken, mashed avocado, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and cheeses.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to the top to form a burrito.
