  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cut biscuit dough into quarters and roll each piece into a ball.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Dip each biscuit ball into the butter mixture, then layer them in the bundt pan, alternating with the chicken mixture.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before inverting the pan onto a serving platter.
  3. Pull apart pieces and enjoy!

Serve warm on a platter; pair with a fresh salad or vegetable dip. For a twist, substitute buffalo sauce or add veggies.
