  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini) Pasta should be cooked al dente.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced Use grilled or roasted chicken for flavor.
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce Use store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For topping.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top of the pasta mixture.
  5. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Once out of the oven, allow the bake to cool for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley just before serving.
  7. Spoon generous portions onto plates and enjoy your Chicken Alfredo Bake.

Notes

For added flavor, mix in some cooked spinach or sun-dried tomatoes. You can customize your bake with various cheeses like gouda or cheddar, and consider serving with homemade garlic bread.
