Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings (sour cream, jalapeƱos, cilantro)

Method

Preparation and Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, mixing well.
  3. Stir in the beans, corn, and ready rice.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Reduce heat and sprinkle cheese on top, covering until melted.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.

Notes

Add a squeeze of lime juice for freshness. Swap out ground beef for turkey, chicken, or tofu for a vegetarian option. Serve with warm tortillas for scooping.
