  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in crab meat and heavy cream, seasoning with salt and pepper; cook until heated through.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Spoon the seafood mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the rolled tortillas until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  2. Remove from the pan and let drain on paper towels.
  3. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Add extra spices like chili flakes for a kick of heat. Customize fillings with ingredients like spinach or mushrooms. Serve with a side salad for added freshness and color.
