  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz rotini pasta Cook according to package instructions.
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk Use dairy-free options for a vegan version.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in broccoli florets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream (or milk) and ranch seasoning, mixing well.
