Preparation
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, ensuring not to brown it.
  2. Stir in your shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, allowing the chicken to heat through.
  3. Once the chicken is hot, sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture. Cover the pan and let it melt for about 3-4 minutes on low heat until gooey.
  4. While the cheese melts, lay out your lettuce leaves or tortillas on a clean surface.
Assembly
  1. Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into the center of each wrap. Top with optional ingredients like diced tomatoes or avocado.
  2. Carefully roll the wraps up, folding the ends in to secure the filling. Arrange them seam-side down on a plate for a neat presentation.

Notes

The wraps can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in an airtight container. For freezing, wrap individually and freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat directly from frozen in the oven or a microwave.
