  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Can substitute with butter for richer flavor.
  • 4 large tortillas Flour or whole wheat tortillas work well.
  • 1 cup assorted veggies (bell peppers, spinach, or onions) Customize with your favorite vegetables.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add shredded chicken and veggies to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  4. Lay out the tortillas and spoon the cheesy mixture onto each one.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps, securing the filling inside.
Cooking
  1. Place wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice in half to serve.

Notes

Add a sprinkle of chili flakes for an extra kick of flavor. Customize by swapping chicken for turkey or a vegetarian option. Serve with a side of your favorite dipping sauce for an added touch of deliciousness. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
