Ingredients
  

Chicken and Seasoning
  • 2 large large chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Wrap Ingredients
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.
  2. Lay the tortillas out on a flat surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and fully cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Assembling Wraps
  1. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top of each tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  2. Fold the tortillas over the filling, creating a wrap.
Grilling Wraps
  1. In the same non-stick pan, grill the folded wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
Serving
  1. Remove from the pan and cut each wrap in half. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

These wraps are customizable; feel free to add jalapeƱos for spice or substitute chicken with turkey or plant-based proteins. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
