Method
 

Sauté the Aromatics
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat for about a minute. Add the minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the Broth and Milk
  1. Pour in the chicken broth and milk, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
Cook the Tortellini
  1. Add the cheese tortellini to the simmering broth and boil gently for about 5-7 minutes.
Incorporate the Broccoli
  1. Stir in the chopped broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Create the Creamy Base
  1. Mix in the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese once the tortellini and broccoli are cooked.
Add the Chicken
  1. Fold in the diced cooked chicken, mixing until evenly distributed and warmed through.
Serve Hot
  1. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before serving. Garnish with extra Parmesan if desired.
