Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Assembly and Cooking
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the dough over the filling, starting from the wide end, and pinch to seal.
- Arrange the rolled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Optionally, lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. These bombs are great as appetizers, serving 2-3 bombs per person. Customize the filling to suit your taste!
