  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • as needed cooking spray (optional) For an extra crispy texture

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Assembly and Cooking
  1. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  2. Roll up the dough over the filling, starting from the wide end, and pinch to seal.
  3. Arrange the rolled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Optionally, lightly spray with cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. These bombs are great as appetizers, serving 2-3 bombs per person. Customize the filling to suit your taste!
