- Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cooking
- Stir in the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes, until slightly tender but still bright green.
- Add the orzo to the skillet, mixing it with the broccoli, and toast it for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Let it cook, uncovered, for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the orzo is cooked, reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and parmesan until melted and creamy.
- Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste.
Serving
- Serve the dish warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
