- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula for about 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the beef and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet, separating the triangles.
Assembly and Baking
- Spoon the beef mixture onto the wider end of each triangle, adding a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Roll from the wide end to the point and place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- If desired, brush each roll with a beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
