Method
 

Cheesecake Filling Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
Cookie Dough Preparation
  1. In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  2. Add egg and mix well.
  3. Gradually combine with flour, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
Chill Dough
  1. Refrigerate the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes.
Assemble Cookies
  1. Take a small amount of cookie dough, flatten it, place a spoonful of cheesecake filling in the center, and cover it with more dough.
  2. Shape into balls.
Bake
