  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 6 strips crispy bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese Can substitute other cheeses
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble into pieces.
  3. Season chicken breasts with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In the same pan, sear the chicken on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  2. Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with soy sauce.
  3. Top each breast with ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
