Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 package brownie mix Use your favorite brand.
  • 2 tablespoons water As needed for brownie mix preparation.
Cheesecake Filling
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature before mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs Add one at a time.
Toppings
  • 1 cup caramel sauce For drizzling on top.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Optional, for topping.
  • whipped cream Optional, for serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, adding the necessary water.
  3. Pour half of the brownie batter into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Cheesecake Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition until fully incorporated.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Remove the brownie base from the oven, and pour the cheesecake mixture on top.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  3. Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes until the cheesecake is set.
  4. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serving
  1. Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce on top and add whipped cream and chocolate chips if desired.

Notes

Feel free to mix in nuts or your favorite chocolate into the brownie layer. Store the cheesecake in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For best results, freeze slices wrapped tightly in plastic wrap for up to 2 months.
