Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of the baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in diced apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and use a knife to swirl it into the cheesecake mixture.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
