- Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet, mixing until well coated with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. You can also customize by swapping steak with chicken or shrimp.
