  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning and add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet, mixing until well coated with the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. You can also customize by swapping steak with chicken or shrimp.
