Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method

Cooking Rigatoni
  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Steak
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your liking (about 3-5 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add heavy cream, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  2. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and creamy.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Combine the cooked rigatoni with the sauce, tossing to coat. Add the steak tips back into the skillet and mix well.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve in a large bowl or on a platter for a family-style meal. Pair with garlic bread or a fresh side salad for balance. Feel free to add sautéed vegetables for more flavor.
