Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic, cooking until soft.
- Add the cubed chicken and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, chicken broth, and paprika until smooth.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken mixture and stir well.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
Enhance flavor by adding other vegetables like spinach or mushrooms. Customize the spice level with more or less Cajun seasoning as preferred.
