Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • 3 sliced green onions
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or mayo
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare chicken
  1. Shred or dice cooked chicken into a large mixing bowl.
Combine main ingredients
  1. Add diced celery, red onion, carrots, and green onions to the chicken.
Mix the dressing
