  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional) Add for extra flavor
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
For Serving
  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks For dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a crock pot, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until heated through and the cheeses are melted.
  3. Stir in crumbled blue cheese if using.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best quality, freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge and reheat before serving. Customize with favorite cheeses or additional seasonings.
