- In a crock pot, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until heated through and the cheeses are melted.
- Stir in crumbled blue cheese if using.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
