Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken Substitute with ground turkey or lean beef if desired.
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese Cut into cubes.
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon Crumble before use.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce Adjust for spice preference.
Spices & Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Breading & Frying
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko or Regular for extra crunch.
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil For frying.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat the oil in a large skillet for frying.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, crumbled bacon, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take a small amount of the chicken mixture and place a cube of mozzarella in the center. Shape the mixture around it to form a ball.
  4. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Roll each ball first in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry the bombs in hot oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, or bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Remove from heat and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve these bombs on a vibrant platter paired with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Offer 2-3 bombs per person for a great snack.
