Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat the oil in a large skillet for frying.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, crumbled bacon, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Take a small amount of the chicken mixture and place a cube of mozzarella in the center. Shape the mixture around it to form a ball.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
- Roll each ball first in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the bombs in hot oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, or bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve these bombs on a vibrant platter paired with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Offer 2-3 bombs per person for a great snack.
