Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, crumbled bacon, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Assembly
- Take a small amount of the chicken mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and wrap the chicken around it to form a ball. Repeat until all mixture is used.
- Set up three bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Roll each ball in flour, dip in the egg, and then coat in breadcrumbs.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully drop in a few bombs at a time, frying until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels.
Notes
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Enhance flavor with fresh herbs. Can be customized with different cheeses or spices.
