Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix the hash browns, melted butter, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Press the hash brown mixture into a greased pizza pan to form a crust.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the crust from the oven, and sprinkle cheese, sausage or bacon, bell pepper, and green onions evenly over it.
- Pour the whisked eggs over the toppings on the crust.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
- Let cool briefly, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
Experiment with different cheeses and vegetables for unique flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
