  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or chives (optional) For garnish

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Add the crumbled sausage or bacon and cheddar cheese to the egg mixture. Mix well.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit in your hand and spoon a portion of the egg mixture into the center.
  6. Carefully fold the biscuit up and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Place the sealed biscuits seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley or chives, if desired.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
