  • 1 pound seasoned ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 4 large tortillas Flour or corn tortillas can be used.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Iceberg or romaine lettuce works well.
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced Dill pickles are recommended.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American) Use a cheese of your preference.
  • 1/2 cup special sauce (or Thousand Island dressing) Can substitute with any creamy dressing.
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust to your preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, cook the seasoned ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Warm the tortillas in another pan or microwave until pliable.
  3. Spread special sauce evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Layer shredded lettuce, pickles, and cheese on top of the sauce.
  5. Add a portion of cooked beef and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  7. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or chill for later.

Notes

Enhance flavor with a sprinkle of onion powder or garlic powder in the beef. You can customize by adding avocado, tomatoes, or your favorite veggies.
