Method
Make the Big Mac Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Chill while preparing the rest.
Cook the Ground Beef
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until no pink remains, then drain excess fat.
Warm the Tortillas
- Microwave tortillas between damp paper towels for 30 seconds or toast briefly in a dry skillet until soft and pliable.
Assemble the Wraps
- Spread 2 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce on each tortilla. Add a scoop of ground beef, lettuce, onions, pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Roll and Toast
- Roll each wrap tightly. Place seam-side down in a dry skillet and toast for 2–3 minutes until golden and crisp.
Serve and Enjoy
- Slice diagonally and serve with extra Big Mac sauce on the side.
