- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder.
- Mix until well combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips, M&Ms, and nuts if using.
- Once mixed, refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- After chilling, roll the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
These protein balls are great on their own but can shine even more with simple accompaniments. Serve with yogurt or a smoothie for a full breakfast.
