  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips, M&Ms, and nuts if using.
  4. Once mixed, refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. After chilling, roll the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
