Ingredients
  

For the Pizza
  • 1 batch Pizza dough Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast Shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 medium Red onion Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro Chopped, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For brushing the crust

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet and brush the edges with olive oil.
  4. Shred or chop the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and toss with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce until well coated.
  5. Spread the remaining BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  6. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the BBQ sauce.
  7. Distribute the BBQ chicken pieces and sliced red onions evenly over the cheese, then top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle fresh cilantro over the hot pizza before serving.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add spices like smoked paprika or cayenne pepper. Customize toppings to include peppers, mushrooms, or pineapple. Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or extra BBQ on the side.
