Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your air fryer to the same temperature.
- In a bowl, mix salmon cubes with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the seasoned salmon in panko breadcrumbs until well coated. Use olive oil spray for a crispier finish.
Cooking
- Place bites in a single layer on a baking sheet or air fryer basket. Bake or air-fry for about 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey (if using), and lime juice until smooth.
Serving
- Serve the salmon bites over jasmine rice or cauliflower rice, topped with purple cabbage, avocado, shredded carrots, green onions, and a drizzle of bang bang sauce.
- Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
Notes
Feel free to swap the salmon for shrimp or chicken for a different taste. Serve alongside a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
