Preparation
- Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cooking
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
- Add the seasoned chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
- While the chicken cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
- Once fully cooked, drizzle the sauce over the chicken thighs on a cutting board and coat them well.
- Garnish with sliced green onions right before serving.
Notes
Experiment with adding garlic or ginger for enhanced flavors. Serve with pickled vegetables for extra crunch.
