Preparation
  1. Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cooking
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the seasoned chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
  3. While the chicken cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
  4. Once fully cooked, drizzle the sauce over the chicken thighs on a cutting board and coat them well.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions right before serving.

Notes
