Ingredients
  

Main Protein
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Trim any excess fat and pat them dry for even cooking.
Seasoning/Spice Blend
  • 1 oz dry ranch seasoning mix Store-bought blends can vary in saltiness; taste and adjust as needed.
Liquids/Dairy
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used as a lighter alternative.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated Parmesan for best taste.
Optional Finishing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs Mix with a bit of oil for adhesion; can substitute with crushed cornflakes or panko.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
Mixing the Coating
  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Coating the Chicken
  1. Coat each chicken breast thoroughly with the mayonnaise mixture.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the coated chicken breasts.
  3. If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the chicken.
Baking
  1. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and place it in the preheated oven.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken in ranch dressing for a few hours before cooking. Customize with your favorite herbs. Can be served with additional dipping sauces.
