Preparation

- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream or milk, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sautéed spinach evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the spinach, ensuring it's evenly covered.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Place in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and slightly puffed.
Notes
Experiment with different cheeses like feta or mozzarella for varied flavors. Add cherry tomatoes or mushrooms for extra veggies and flavor. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh herbs on top.
