Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and rub the Cajun seasoning evenly on top.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado lime sauce by blending the avocado, lime juice, sour cream (or yogurt), salt, and pepper until smooth.
Serving
- Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and drizzle the avocado lime sauce over the top.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy your meal!
