For the Salmon
  • 4 pieces salmon fillets Fresh salmon fillets for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For drizzling over the salmon.
For the Avocado Lime Sauce
  • 1 ripe avocado Should be ripe for best flavor.
  • 1 lime juiced Fresh lime juice enhances flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt Use either based on preference.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season to your liking.
  • for garnish fresh cilantro Adds a fresh touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and rub the Cajun seasoning evenly on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  2. While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado lime sauce by blending the avocado, lime juice, sour cream (or yogurt), salt, and pepper until smooth.
Serving
  1. Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and drizzle the avocado lime sauce over the top.
  2. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy your meal!
